nak jadi fit.. tp...
cita2 nak jadi fit.
tapi bile da makan banyak2 malas nak bersenam.
wahahaha...
makan banyak kumpul lemak..
tapi makan banyak2 time sebelum tidur nikmat..
kalah stone2 semua.
ahahaha..
buat push up setakat 20 kali je larat.
pastu mengah2.
